IRADA – Refund and Cancellation Policy

At IRADA, we are committed to delivering high-quality events and experiences. We understand that plans can change, and our policy is designed to be fair and practical.

Refund Eligibility

Less than 30 days No refund Substitution allowed; see below

Processing Fees: All eligible refunds are subject to an administrative fee (typically AED 150) and any applicable banking or payment gateway charges.

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us in writing at least 5 business days before the event. No additional fees apply.

Event Changes or Cancellations

  • IRADA reserves the right to change event content, venue, or speakers due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Events may be postponed or canceled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies).

In such cases, we will either:

  • Transfer your registration to the rescheduled event, or
  • Offer a partial refund, deducting non-recoverable expenses.
Notice: For high-demand, limited-seat programs (e.g., mock exams or small-group workshops), cancellations within 30 days of the event are strictly non-refundable due to pre-allocated resources and materials. Substitution remains possible.

How to Request a Refund or Substitution

All refund and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to:
